Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ArcGX TechLabs Private Limited ("ArcGX", "we", "us") is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data on arcgx.in, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000, together with the rules made under them.

2. Data we collect

• Contact data. Name, email address, phone number, and message content you submit through our contact channels or send to support@arcgx.in.
• Career data. When you apply for a role, your resume and application details are collected directly by our careers page on Zoho Recruit (arcgx.zohorecruit.in), a separate service with its own privacy practices, not by arcgx.in itself.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through server logs and essential cookies needed to run and secure the site.

3. Why we process it

We process personal data with your consent, or for legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act, for the following purposes: responding to enquiries, securing our systems, and meeting legal obligations.

4. Where your data lives

Our website runs on Google Firebase App Hosting (Google Cloud). Career applications are handled by Zoho Recruit; general email correspondence is handled by Zoho Mail. These processors store data on secure servers and are bound by their own data processing commitments. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with these processors, with your consent, or where the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as the purpose it was collected for remains active, and delete or anonymise it afterwards unless a law requires longer retention. Career applications are retained for up to one year. Employee records follow statutory retention periods under applicable labour and tax laws.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to your personal data, correction or erasure, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You may also nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to us at support@arcgx.in and we will respond within the timelines set by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security

We follow reasonable security practices and procedures as required by Section 43A of the IT Act, 2000, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls appropriate to the data we hold.

8. Children

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes and grievance contact
