1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of arcgx.in and any content or services offered on it. By using the site you accept these terms. The site is operated by ArcGX TechLabs Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or scrape content in bulk without written permission.

3. Service information

Descriptions of our drone survey, mapping, GIS, and remote sensing services are provided for general information and do not constitute a binding offer. Engagements are governed by separate written agreements, including scope, deliverables, and fees agreed for each project. Drone operations are conducted in accordance with the Drone Rules, 2021, by DGCA-certified personnel.

4. Careers submissions

Job applications are submitted through our careers page on Zoho Recruit (arcgx.zohorecruit.in), not this site. Materials you submit with an application must be accurate and yours to share. Submitting an application does not create any obligation on ArcGX to offer employment.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the ArcGX name and mark, and underlying software, belongs to ArcGX TechLabs Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcGX disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services including Zoho Recruit (job applications), Zoho Mail (email), and Google Firebase (hosting). Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or use of the site.
